Yes. You can either email us or post your request on our Discord server. If possible, include helpful details like the platform it's on, the year of release, and whether you know if it has audio description.
Yes, we do. We aim to include a variety of languages such as Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Turkish, and more. To find titles in a specific language, go to the "Movies" or "Shows" section and search by language name—like “Spanish”—to see all available content in that language.
Unfortunately a lot of TV shows don’t have audio description for every single season. As much as we would like to provide such files, we are not able to due to them not being available. Content providers seem to skip certain seasons if not current or just don’t describe their back catalog, and or lack of volunteers willing to take them on. If you believe your favorite show definitely got the back catalog described, feel free to let us know on our discord server.
Generally this is the same as missing seasons within a show. Certain movie franchises like Friday the 13th won’t have all the movies described. As much as we would like to provide such files, we cannot do to them not being described by the streamer/company. We always do try to have a complete set of films or TV show seasons. If you have any information on where some of these films can be found with AD, please let us know on our discord server.
[TTS] stands for Text-To-Speech. It indicates that the descriptive narration in the audio track is generated using a synthesized voice.
This tag indicates that the movie or show already had audio description, but a new track has been created for it—with the same accent but different style. For example, you might see [UK] and [UK New Description] to distinguish between two different versions.
iOS can sometimes have troubles unzipping a downloaded show from the website. To fix this issue, you’ll need to change your download settings, and use a different app than the default files app. For this example we will be using the latest iOS settings. For further help please get on the discord server and ask for help.
  1. On your iOS Device go to settings, apps settings, Safari and then go down to downloads.
  2. Clicking on downloads a new section will appear. Under the section (Store Downloaded Files on). You want to change the setting from iCloud to iPhone. If you have an iPad change it to iPad. The default is usually set to iCloud and this is what causes the issue.
  3. Instead of the files app, try using either of the following apps iZip
    and or Media Converter
Note: These apps are suggestions only; we do not officially endorse them.
